Fit Minute – Core Hold
In this Fit Minute Friday segment, Nancy shows you how take a simple plank and make it more challenging. A traditional core hold is on the elbows. In this exercise, form is key. Make sure your body is in a straight line. Your back should not sway and your butt should not be up sticking up in the air. The more challenging position for the core hold is to have straight arms. This pulls the body away from the floor and causes you to work harder by maintaining balance. This also engages the shoulders. Work at holding this position for one minute. #FitMinute
