Happy Tuesday! Welcome to Spring!
Sunshine, budding trees, emerging tulips and YOU! Those are the things I am grateful for today.
With phase one of the website launch complete, I keep pinching myself to make sure I’m not dreaming! Your response has been overwhelming and I want to thank you for your comments and encouragement! This is proof that I am on the right track.
I realized long ago, there is amazing strength in numbers. My mission is to help you think differently about exercise and the food choices you make. This is a cultural movement that will direct and support our community (THAT’S YOU!) in moving into, or continuing a proactive lifestyle for lifelong strength and independence.
My years of personal training, though successful and fulfilling, only allow me to scratch the surface of reaching people personally. I want to grow this online community and I need your help!
First, when you go to the website…please

- read the about us (yep, I said us) Did you think I was creating all of this magical, technical fanciness by myself? For those of you who know me personally, you already know the answer to that question! So, from now on, when I say “us or we” you will know that it is a team of people. You can meet some of them on the website now and you will meet others in the coming weeks.
If you haven’t already…please scroll to the bottom of any page to set up a user account. I promise, it won’t be painful. This will allow for you to leave comments for us directly on the website. WE WANT AND NEED YOUR FEED BACK!! You can also share an email address so you’ll always be in the know!
