Good morning and HAPPY MONDAY!!  Here is information for our #walkwithme event this week! I sure hope to see you there!

Three Rivers – French Regional Park

We plan to meet up near the kids play area. There is a parking lot right next to the playground. You won’t be able to miss me, because I will be in my bright green shirt! If you have a resistance band you can bring it along. If not, I will have some along with me. This is supposed to be a beautiful week, so let’s get out and enjoy our great weather.
