I hope that you had a relaxing weekend!

Here is information for our #walkwithme on Tuesday. One of our walkers has chosen the Millennium Garden in Plymouth. If you haven’t been to the Millennium Garden, I encourage you to join me for a beautiful walk. The garden is breathtaking and is a favorite location to walk and renew yourself. I sure hope to see you there!

There is a large parking lot near the garden. Look for me near the parking lot. As always, I will be in my bright green shirt. If you have a resistance band, please bring it along. If not, I will have some along with me.

I have still have some openings to walk in your neighborhood. Please contact me to let me know if you would like to schedule something!

We have another nice weather week in store for us. Summer is passing quickly, so take advantage of this opportunity to get out and walk!
